BURLINGAME, CA – December 20, 2002 – Matisse Software Inc. and Fresher Information Corp., today announced the completion of a merger, which will result in the creation of a complete software vendor and a solution provider of consulting customized on Matisse Software product suites. Under the terms of the agreement, the two organizations began operating as Matisse Software Inc., effective December 20, 2002.
In joining forces under the Matisse Software Inc. are now able to offer Matisse clients a wide range of data management solutions atop its flagship product Matisse 5.0 DBMS. As a result of the merger, Matisse Software Inc. can also benefit form the strong brand recognition of its Matisse product that has been on the market over a decade.
